This sweet face is ready to make your space relaxing and wonderful, I feel a good string of turtles would complete her. She's a darling ceramic planter with old-style glaze, consistent with Early American pottery & ceramics.
I found a very similar Planter that was identified as McCoy, and this is consistent with their style - so my best guess is this to be a McCoy piece.
